For nye løbere i klubben kan vi oplyse at vintertræningen - populært kaldet VTR løb - er en række træningsløb primært i skovene på Vest og Sydsjælland. Der er mulighed for at løbe forskellige baner og endda deltage i konkurrencen, hvor der gives point efter placering og tidstab.
